Artichoke & Lemon Centerpiece for Mother’s Day
With Mother’s Day just a week away I wanted to create a beautiful centerpiece for my mom to enjoy and it’s even good enough eat. My mom loves steamed artichokes served with melted butter and fresh lemons, so it’s the perfect gift to say I love you!
To make: In a large serving bowl, arrange the artichokes in a pyramid-style. Then fill in with lemons and springs of eucalyptus.
