4th of July Heirloom Tomato Salsa with Blue Corn Chips

Recipe

2 cups heirloom tomatoes, large dice
1/2 small yellow onion, small dice
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1-2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
kosher salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl mix all ingredients together and chill until ready to serve.  Serve with blue corn chips.
