Here are some quick after school snacks that are easy to make and healthy.

 

Fruit skewers with chicken and cheese quesadillas.

I like to buy a pre-cooked whole roasted chicken breast to have on hand for quick snacks or meals during the week.

 

 

Mini grilled cheese with pretzels and milk.

 

 

 

 

 

Mini turkey, salami, cheese & tomato wrap with grapes.
