The weekend’s over and now it’s Monday morning with a busy week ahead. We don’t always have time to make a healthy breakfast so a quick fruit smoothie is a great healthy choice to start your day.
You can also easily add a few spoonfuls of any type of yogurt and fruit that you have on hand. I usually have fresh bananas and then in my freezer I have ready sliced frozen strawberries, blueberries and sliced pineapple.
Tip: When buying fresh fruit and you know that you won’t finish the pint of fresh berries or the whole pineapple in your refrigerator, simply slice and freeze in an airtight container.
My daughter Logan loves fruit smoothies so she blended this one up.
