Perfect over pancakes, waffles or on a toasted bagel. You can make in advance and store in the refrigerator.
This puree is also great for drinks such as a peach bellini, frozen peach champagne or peach margaritas!
16 ounces fresh or frozen peaches, sliced
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons sugar
Cook over medium-low heat until soft and liquid has almost evaporated. Remove from heat and pour peaches in a blender and puree.
